This leads to the follow up point, Ultimate bar is filled up based on number of hits dealt and taken. The best F2P setup is: Rose Knight > Child of Light + Demon Slayer + Tracker + Trickster + Prima Donna/Black Crow.KarmaWSYD is right that it's not worth it to concentrate too much on trophies given the economic advantages of grades, but don't neglect trophies, especially if you need a boost in the coliseum. I consistently beat teams with 10% - 20% more might than me when they have purple and gold heroes because I have an extra rank or a few extra trophies. So maybe give that a shot.Īlso, while I agree that grade is more important in the long run and has more utility outside the coliseum, ranks are where it's at inside the coliseum. Sea Squire would keep my team alive long enough for Prima Donna to pop a heal, and few teams could do enough damage to overcome their combined healing.

Alternately, around your level I started using both Prima Donna and Sea Squire, usually paired with Demon Slayer and a dps and tank based on current bonuses and enemy team. So my advice is to just power through and it will get better eventually. Eventually this stopped, but I never did find out what was causing it. This was one of the main reasons I took a couple month break. I often watched my opponents Prima Donna heal twice before mine even healed once. I would attack teams with the exact same heroes I was using, but lower rank and lower rarity, and I would lose 4 out of 5 times. I had the exact same problem for a while. I'm going to go counter to the other answers here and suggest that there is some undocumented variable at play.
